How to handle when tenants are angry

When speaking with a tenant who is upset or angry, it’s important to approach the conversation with empathy and professionalism. Here are some tips to keep in mind when tenants are angry:

  1. Listen actively: Allow the tenant to express their concerns and frustrations, and listen attentively to what they have to say. Try to understand their perspective and show that you are taking their concerns seriously.

  3. Validate their feelings: Let the tenant know that you understand why they are upset and that you are sorry for any inconvenience or frustration they have experienced.
